NDIS Home Accommodation
Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a specific funding category under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that provides eligible NDIS participants with high support needs access to specialist accommodation. At GNA services, we are committed to providing high-quality SDA services that are tailored to the individual needs of our clients. SDA funding is provided under the Capital Supports budget of an NDIS Support plan and is intended to cover the cost of specialist accommodation that meets the unique needs of the NDIS participant. This includes the cost of design, construction, and ongoing maintenance of the accommodation.
